The smoothie for prevention and treatment of  Thyroid Cancer
Yield: 2 servings (about 8 ounces each)
1 cup grape
1/2 cabbage
1 cup green tea drink (Make from 4 grams of green tea and a cup of hot water lipped for 5 minutes, and let cool to room temperature)

2. Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until the mixture is thick and the ice is well crushed.
3. Serve immediately

The finding of a natural source for treatment of  Thyroid Cancer has been running into many obstacles, many ingredients showed initially with promising result in animal studies have not produced same potentials in large sample size and mutli centers human trials.

Thyroid cancer is defined as condition in which the cells in the thyroid gland have become cancerous.

Recent studies back by renowned institutions, conveyed that green tea(3) may be holding a key for extracting natural ingredient for reduced early onset and treatment of Thyroid Cancer.
Green tea has been a precious drink in traditional Chinese culture and used exceptional in socialization for more than 4000 thousand years. Due to its commercial values and  health effects, green tea now has been cultivated all over the world in suitable climate. According to the Zhangqiu People's Hospital Ji'nan, higher tea consumption may have a protective effect on thyroid cancer, especially in Europe and America(1).
Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a major catechin in green tea, inhibited thyroid cancer cell proliferation and motility in associated to the loss of the initiation of metastasis for cancer progression(2) and to the suppression of EGFR/ERK pathway in binding to the receptor on the cell surface and cyclin B1/CDK1 complex for cell division(3).

Indole-3-carbinol is a phytochemical in the class of Indoles, found abundantly in cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, kale, brussels sprouts, etc.... its acid catalyzed dimer 3,3'-diindolylmethane (DIM).exhibited anti proliferative effects in glandular thyroid proliferative disease(4).
The acid catalyzed dimer derivative processed anti-estrogen effects may be used as a part of therapeutic regimen to treat thyroid cancer, the New York Medical College suggested(5).

Futhermore, through its anti estrogenic effect and enhanced estrogen metabolism, 3,3'-diindolylmethane (DIM), can potentially serve as an antiestrogenic dietary supplement to help reduce the risk of developing thyroid proliferative disease (TPD)(6).

Resveratrol, a phytochemical in the class of Stilbenoids, found abundantly in blueberry and grape may also processed anti.Thyroid Cancer activity. Accoridng to the Hallym University College of Medicine, Polyphenol phytochemicals (PPs) in fruits and vegetables such as resveratrol inhibited cancer initiation, promotion, progression and induced redifferentiation, including thyroid cancer cell lines, TPC-1, FTC-133, NPA, FRO, and ARO(7).

Dr. Duntas LH said, "resveratrol may arrest, among various tumors, cell growth in both papillary and follicular thyroid cancer ' Prabably through inhibited pro inflammatory cytokines and activation of tumor antigen(8).
The School of Medicine-Timone study insisted that exhibits several beneficial health effects by its antioxidhant, antiinflammatory, and chemopreventive properties, including induced iodide trapping and efflux in FRTL-5 thyroid cancer cell line(9).

The finding of the effectiveness of Green Tea, Grape and Cabbage may serve as cornerstones of pharmaceutical target for further studies as well as a potential medication for treatment of  Liver cancer

People who are at increased risk of Thyroid Cancer, due to family history, auto immunity,....should drink the juices at least one a day. People with Thyroid Cancer should drink the juice as much as  as they can depending to digestive toleration.
Life style and diet pattern change are recommended.

All Forms of Arthritis are Curable
